"This a three star hotel with a five star attitude. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel instantly at home. My room was immaculate—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and quiet atmosphere that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The amenities were top-tier. The pool area was beautifully maintained and never overcrowded, and the on-site restaurant offered a wide range of delicious options—each dish better than the last. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay exceptional. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, comfort, and service so seamlessly. "Needed something convenient for an early flight after staying with a friend in the centre. It’s v close. Staff were helpful on check in with advice on check in about which shuttle to take ( ie 0430/0500) - great to have that regular shuttle which took 5 mins. I was through to duty free after self service bag drop in 40 mins from leaving the hotel. The shuttle had a towed part for luggage. On others’ recommendations, I reserved a breakfast box as was up too early for brekky. Great all round. Air con effective given it had been mid 40s in the day. Pleased I stayed and would do so again if in Dubai for a lay over or early departure. Helpful staff. "

"like i have said in several reviews before, there is nothing i dont like about this hotel. absolutely nothing. i like everything about this hotel and that is why i keep going back there. the location is very ideal, so close to the airport and the metro station. the hotel is very clean and offers incredible amenities like 18 restaurants and 4 swimming pools. staff are very very and helpful, always on hand and ready to assist. incredible hotel"

"Perfect location, friendly staff. Hotel could do with more attention to detail on finer details. For example on my balcony the wall had been painted but the masking tape was still there. The shower drain was so slow to drain the water it would often flood the bathroom floor. Housekeeping only change bins and sheets but do not mop the floors. I stayed for a week and any issue I had was fixed quickly. More options for breakfast would be great, like more cereals, pastries and fruit"
