"It was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful when required. The breakfast could do with some more variety as I got tired of it by the 3rd day. The room.service was great and the food from.the restaurant was very good and tasty. Wish the could replicate that with breakfast option. Overall we had a good time and commute from there was very good as there were options for both busses and taxes which was quite handy most times. The staff gave good recommendations on taxi app which was really helpful I must say. The spa was great I had the Thai massage which was really good. My daughter had the Swedish massage and it was great too. Pool very nice and the amenities was great. We enjoyed our stay our classic comfort room was very spacious thought the view from the balcony was not great. So rarely used it. The staff were always smiling and polite so I commend for that. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever fancy a visit to Tirana."

"Stayed from 10pm to 7am - airport hotel for pre take off stay, perfect - met all needs. Breakfast seemed unreasonably expensive so we skipped it."

"I ordered tacos on the rooftop bar that were delicious. And the breakfast buffet the next day had quite a lot of choices. The buffet was well stocked. Also delicious. I would recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful."
