"This was the best stay I’ve had in awhile. I am beyond impressed with everything this property offered. There was tons of parking, clean lobby and rooms, and friendly helpful staff. We booked the hotel because of the pool and it was way past our expectations. It was clean, had lots of seating, had a water slide and a fairly big pool and a fun water feature for the kids. The rooms were spacious and clean and looked new. You can tell a lot of care has been put into this property. The price...

"Shower did not have a wand, only a spray nozzle high on the wall. Valve to turn on the shower was extremely stiff to turn on. Some of the towels were quite frayed and tired. Beds good and comfortable. Breakfasts mediocre There was not near enough parking for the number of guests, parking needs to be expanded."

"Get told one thing and then dont honor what they tell you. We were told we could add our points when we arrived and then was told no when we got there. Then we were told if we pay for the 1st night and checked out to re-book for the 2nd night we could use our points. So we did that and then was told no because they are full house and do not accept points at the counter. Horrible staff not helpful at all. When asked to speak to the manager i was told i would get a phone call the next morning...
