There are not enough towels for the pool. My son was offered and given a foot towel instead of a proper towel after the pool. The internet works very poorly. "We had such a wonderful stay in the executive cabins—truly a peaceful retreat overlooking the forest. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. One of the highlights for our family was the amazing playroom. Our kids loved playing pool and table tennis, and there were plenty of other kids around, so they quickly made friends and stayed entertained. In the evenings, we gathered around the complimentary fire pits and chatted with other families—it created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, this stay was such a pleasant surprise, especially considering the value compared to hotels in Jasper itself. If you have a vehicle, I would highly recommend staying in the cabins rather than in town. It made for a far more relaxing and memorable experience."
