"We just returned from vacation at Excellence Riviera Cancun! It was an incredible trip enjoyed by my husband and myself! The food was amazing, the property was extremely clean and the service is over the top at the pools, the restaurants and by housekeeping! They go above and beyond, were so nice and work very hard! Landy took exceptional care of us at the pool anytime we needed drinks or wanted to order food poolside. Erica did a wonderful job as well bringing us drinks when we were enjoying the nightly shows in the theatre and Prelude Plaza. I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and this one was top tier! We used Seasons for our airport transfers and they were reasonable and the vehicles were new and exceptionally clean as well. It is a very relaxing and worry free vacation. Do not hesitate booking, it is fabulous. We will definitely be back!"
