"Sheraton Ankara, as usual, a bit outdated but all amenities good, staff professional and helpful."

"The hotel location is excellent. Nearby is a lot of restaurants. The breakfast have a wide variety of food. The staff can speak some English, which is good for us. The room was spacious and clean. There is no laundry service as advertise, but the hotel did point to a laundry about 150 meter from the hotel. Ankara Grand Mosque is within walking distance 10 min or so."

"Our stay was great overall. Check in was a little disappointing however the gentlemen apologised and really went above and beyond to help us enjoy the rest of our stay. He was particularly excellent in supporting us with a problem we had online regarding our travel arrangements. Cannot thank him enough! "

"Exceptional Service & Genuine Hospitality! Our trip started with a bit of a hiccup—some of our friends accidentally booked a different hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and only realized the mix-up then. Thankfully, the staff had already upgraded our room, and when we asked if all five of us could stay in the same room just for that night, they kindly said yes. It was such a generous gesture and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The next morning, three of us showed up for breakfast, and to our surprise, the staff had already prepared breakfast for our two friends as well—even though they weren’t staying at the hotel! They even encouraged us to try traditional Turkish delights like menemen and Turkish coffee. The friendliness, warmth, and top-notch service made this experience unforgettable. Their thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, before breakfast hours, and the reception immediately offered to prepare breakfast boxes—not just for the three of us staying there, but for all five of us. That kind of above-and-beyond hospitality is truly rare. I highly recommend this place. "

"Beautifully decorated, central location across from Mevlana Museum yet quiet at night (during a week night at least). The buffet breakfast was top notch with lots of variety of cold and hot Turkish dishes. A very enjoyable stay. "
