I had an amazing stay at Millstone Cave. The room was beautiful, featuring a stunning view, a relaxing hot tub, and a cozy fireplace that made the experience even more special. The panoramic views throughout the property were breathtaking. In the mornings, you can watch the hot air balloons rise right from the main terrace, and the view of Uchisar Castle is incredible. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, and the on-site restaurant, Milan Italy, served excellent food. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would definitely return!

This boutique hotel delivers five-star service in every way. The views are absolutely majestic and surreal — fairy chimneys and Pigeon Valley on one side, Rose Valley on the other. Watching the balloons drift across the sky without even leaving our room was pure magic. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully appointed, with lovely interior design that feels both elegant and comfortable. And the heated floors were an absolute lifesaver — such a wonderful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, if Cappadocia didn't have so much to offer, we could have stayed in our rooms every day. What made the experience especially exceptional, though, was the staff. From the reception team to the lovely gentleman who helped with our luggage, to the wait staff at the on-site restaurant, every single person provided warm, professional, and outstanding service. Even the correspondence before our arrival - which continued throughout our stay - was top level and made us feel cared for every step of the way. Everything came together beautifully to make my stay truly exceptional. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special time. Millstone Cave Suites is a gem, and I would return in a heartbeat.

This is an amazing place in a very special location in the middle of Cappadocia. The rooms are imbedded in the mountain are decorated with great taste, simple and fitting with the surroundings. One rarely finds such a beautiful place. All of Cappadocia is within 20min drive and you can even see the balloons from the rooms in the early morning.

AMAZING! It's a cave suite with ultra comfort! Room, bed, toilet, bath tub and shower areas are soooo clean!! The suite with view rooms come with great sunrise hotair balloon views too! If you want a closer look at the hotair balloons, you can take a short walk at the front of the hotel 😉👍

Great Cave Hotel

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. Emre was very helpful with our special request at breakfast. He made our day by getting lots of vegetarian options for our group. One of our room had private Hamam. Views of the balloon in the morning from the terrace were amazing. Not close view of the balloons but great panoramic views.

We have made a mistake for the booking dates and they where so kind that they don't charge anything for our mistake in dates. Ahuer & Mustafa they where the best sraff ever had to deal with. and in general the place is so amazing you feel like you are in home . the fire place in the night was a dream Highly recommend and i wish that i can visit again.
