" Communication with Winnie was great from the start, she greeted us at check-in with a property tour and was available if we had questions during our stay. Palm Cay is a newly built community with beaches, pools, marina, general store, tennis/pickleball and restaurant all a short walk away. The property was very clean, updated, had everything we needed for the week. The added bonus was the rental vehicle through the sister company as well as the taxi service to/from the property. "

"The villa had all the small necessities that you can’t seem to expect any more with many other properties (i.e. detergent, coffee, soap, etc.). The communication with the host was excellent and the entire property was beautiful. "

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

" Beautiful large home with great pool across the parking lot and lovely beach just beyond. Nice playground nearby and overall ideal quiet location for family time. Super responsive owner. Highly recommended."

"Looks abandoned, no tiki bar or restaurant as adverised place is run down . Some structures falling apart. rooms are really outdated. Furniture inside the room is worn looks really old. I ended up paying a hundred dollars to switch my flight to the same day and then not stay spend the night."
