"1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped...

"Location is in the middle of a heavily crowded place. Rosd transport is tough due to heavy traffic Hotel as such is excellent and nice staff. Clean and neat rooms with all items"

"The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."

"I was little late for my arrival due to delay in flight. When i had called up the hotel. The staff were so polite to take the message and confirmed. Upon my arrival all docs were ready and just need to sign. Room was nice and comfortable. Only issue the view area from window was to the aircon unit. No view to anything else"
