"This hotel is not worth the stay. When we first entered the hotel, the hotel staff immediately told us that the hotel is full even after we told him that we had prior booking of the hotel. I assumed that the staff turns down every business opportunities the hotel had for his own convenience. After waiting for another 20 mins or so, the hotel got us a room. Upon entering the room, we discovered that the dustbin is not emptied and there is traces of cigarette smell (we booked a non-smoking room)....
