"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway."

"We were in town as a family for my grandson’s college graduation. We had a wonderful time staying at Kern Rd. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, large patio area with pool & grill, quiet neighborhood & not far from stores. Owners were great in communicating. "My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!"

Looks is one thing but we ran into several issues while my family of 5 stayed. Its very important you bring your own plates, cups, silverware and skillets. The property only has a Keurig for coffee. "This vrbo has it all for families!! Kid friendly eating surfaces (not just glass tables), high chair, trundle beds, a tub with hand held shower head, pool with all the accessories (noodles, floaties, towels) and beach chairs for trips to the ocean. Lots of lounging space to soak in the sun or in the shade. We ate on patio almost every day. Loved the caution strips on the tall doorsteps to outside so I didn’t bash my toes even once.
