Fantastic new property in a beautiful location.

This is a new property in a small quiet rural community. Clean, comfortable, efficient. A pleasant stay in a nice hotel.

Our (family with 2 kids under 12 y.o.) stay was very nice. The responsible person at the hotel was very helpful with our requests and made some very nice suggestions during our 4-night stay. The junior suite was nice, warm and clean. Our younger son, 7 y.o., loved his own bed area under the staircase. The home-made breakfast was very nice, too.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful.. The views are stunning in themselves. However, the rooms are also so warmly/luxuriously decorated. You feel at home. Dora, the wonderful woman who runs this hotel, will accommodate you any way she can. Our breakfast spread was one of a European bistro, from crepes, to spinach pies, fresh OJ and coffee and so much more!!! If you're going to visit Karpenisi, this is the place to stay. Just a few minutes from town..

I truly loved my stay at Limni hotel. It is definitely a five star rating hotel. The owner came to talk to us every day. He was wonderful and very welcoming. I am recommending that you visit Limni and stay at this hotel. I have travelled the world and this boutique hotel is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. This hotel is incredible! The staff were very helpful at check in and during breakfast. The lobby area is comfortable and inviting. Our room was very comfortable and included many amenities, including a balcony with an amazing view of Karpinisi. The breakfast, which was included, was exquisite and featured many different food options, all delicious. The hotel is perched on a hill overlooking the town, which can be reached by the steps right outside the door. Parking was just outside the door....

Outside of town but I'm between town and Delfi. Great location, staff was great.

Very remote location, but worth the drive in my estimation. Staff polite and helpful, but marginal English. Salt water pool and a short hike to private beach at a much lower level. Nice open area for breakfast with beautiful sea views and July temperatures near perfect for any outdoor activity. Suggest that guests be provided with GPS coordinates at first contact from the resort.
