"Good service, helped us check in and guided on what to so. Platform bed was in bad condition with rails falling. Overall, just a night stay is ok. It had common kitchen, so not what I wanted. Bathroom was in the room, but smelly. Room was OK. Not worth what I paid, but none other was available either at that time for cheaper price. "

"Our stay was very comfortable. All amenities however no toaster. Close to main transport shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Bathroom towels were very substandard more suitable to rag usage. Prior to our stay communication was non existent sending emails and seven phone calls were unanswered On arrival were informed phone line number had changed. Website did not reflect this. Hotels.com were not updated either with new contact phone number Was hotel under new ownership?"

"I recommend Casa Nora. We stayed from 8 May to 20 May, 2024. The room is pragmatically humble: no frills, but working functionality, and straightforward use. The location is a 5/5: the 4/6 tram stop is less than 20 meters from the door; trollybus stops are around the corner; and a Metro stop is a few hundred meters on foot, or one stop on the 4/6. "Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning....

"Location was excellent. The room was OK, basic reasonably clean. The guy on reception (sorry didn't get your name) was lovely. Communal area of the building were run down, could say this added to the character of the building. Room cleaned daily towels changed on request. Coffee machine in reception, none in room, but plenty of cafes close by. Breakfast is in a cafe 5 minutes walk away. This was basic and service was mixed, fine for 2 of the days not good on the last. "Spacious and cheap accomondation. No air conditioning, quite newly renovated but still some faults. We we're promised a baby bed but it wasn't in our room upon arrival. Luckily the staff was still able to provide it even it was late evening. No proper coffee machine, quite few kitchenware, broken floor lamp, quite noisy since located close to main street. However, good connections and a shopping mall right next to the hotel. Definitely not a hotel level accommondation but cheap and neat, good...

"Apt is tastefully decorate. Centrally located with short walk to public transportation, attractions, supermarket, cafe - everything you need. Lots of restaurants. We have vegan in our group and there's a vegan restaurant at the property. Lots of clothes hanger to help with hang drying your clothes (may seem like a small matter but it is not when you are travelling and need to do laundry). They provide a good size drying rack and washing detergent can be purchased (minimal cost) at the reception....

The balcony was great as the weather was good all week. The apartment is nicely decorated with a comfortable bed.
