"Very cute place, the pool area is nice. Staff very friendly.
Attention to cleaning detail in the rooms is lacking (corners, baseboards) but otherwise nice. "
"This Inn was conveniently located, away from the busy touristy area, but close enough to everything. Grounds are beautiful, staff very helpful. We didn’t have time to have a meal there, but will make sure we do the next time we visit. "
"What a great place! There are signs at the front desk that speak to quality and excellence and this is delivered consistently throughout. So many nice touches including: a beautiful property, great pool and hot tub, extremely clean bathroom and room in general, nice TV with an excellent list of channels, great snacks included in our stay and one of the most comprehensive guest directories we’ve seen. We will be back!"
"We enjoy our evening at the Brentwood. It has been around for a few decades apparently, as such there is a bit of wear, but all good. The only glitch was getting in. I had the code for the main lock box, but couldn't figure out how to work it. (You have to push a button to illuminate a digital key pad. The code for the room lock box was really hard to find in the "email". I suspect if one had the app, it would have been more apparent. (A better explanation of how the lock boxes work (never seen these ones before) might have been helpful. I called the number and the gal was very helpful and resolved the issue. Easy sailing after that. Nice place. It felt a little like first year university entering the dorm for the first time. A few other couples there, but everybody was pretty chill. I don't know if it mentions it on the website, but there is quite the stair case down to the beach, and somebody with significant mobility issues might not be able to navigate it. Over all it was very nice. 4/5 overall."
"We enjoyed 3-generation family time at this cottage. The host Leslie has taken care of every detail, and we really lacked for nothing, even a sewing kit when our daughter needed to repair some pants. We had one challenge with our 6'2" grandson who could not get into the loft area without bumping his head, but slept all right on the couch. Our younger grandkids really enjoyed their privacy in the upstairs loft. Maybe it was the time of year, but the bugs were pretty bad, so we were thankful to play games and have our dinners in the screened in gazebo. It was a good family time for these two seniors.
