"Clean and great staff close to every thing downtown"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations by far! Check in was easy and pleasant, lobby felt upscale, room was clean and comfortable. The staff at breakfast was all so friendly- they especially stood out. My only wish is that the indoor pool was heated. Water was almost too cold for kids to swim!"

"Nice staff, clean hotel, comfy bed and pillows. Pool is a little small (but also half inside and half outside, which is why the inside feels small). Only real issue was the AC was loud and turned on and off loudly all night as it cycled through. Otherwise very happy with our stay and we’d stay again. "

"We love staying at this hotel when visiting granddaughter at IU. We did unfortunately have an issue this stay. Out room was 61 degrees and we could not adjust the temp. We went to the front desk to address. They contacted maintenance who did something internally and the heat began working but still took hours to get comfortable by bedtime. It then would not shut off no matter what we did and the middle of the night the temp was 76 degrees too hot to sleep. This mess with either freezing or being overly hot was very unpleasant during this stay. Not sure if we would choose this hotel that was previously our favorite in Bloomington."
