Very nice room - but check-in was a nightmare. The key did not scan - so we pulled our suitcase back down to the front desk - they swiped the key again, acted like we were cray and didn't know how to operate the room key and sent us back up to try again. The key did not work. We pulled our suitcase down to the lobby again. The gentleman at the desk acted like we weren't doing something correct and swiped the key again and handed it to me. I booked this for our anniversary. wanted it to be memorable, some alone time and we could not have ever expected how amazing our weekend turned out, a time we will never forget.
