I book over 300 rooms per year, so have dealt with many hotel owners. Despite being a regular customer, he insisted on charging a late check in fee, even though he could not show me where this was mentioned at the time of booking. After promising to meet me to discuss, he sent a poor, junior staff member, knowing he would have to try and deal with this. Poor owner, poor boss - I feel sorry for his employees."
