"This was our second stay here. We had a similar trip and chose to return, because the last time was better than expected. We arrived late but still found the staff welcoming. They had some cookies...nice after a long drive! The parking areas were well lit, clean, and felt safe. The room was clean, at a good temp, and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and supplied well. The pool was still available, but we were too tired. The refrigerator was good for keeping cold things cold. Breakfast was ample with good coffee and juice along with eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, bananas, oranges, waffles, syrup, milk, yogurt, muffins.... The staff was friendly and busy getting rooms ready for the next groups. Checkout was a breeze. We went and played the world class disc golf course Harmony Bends a short drive west...a bonus!"

"The room and service was great. My only complaint is that is very difficult to unload and unload. Both myself and my 3vyear old grandaughter fell in rocks on sidewalks before we could make it to the room. There was nothing to load luggage on. We had 4 kids so it was multiple trips. It is difficult to get to rooms due to lots of steps, rocks and blocked areas close to water park. It was pouring when we left and we got soaked because of the distance to the room and inability to pull up closer to entrance. The rides back and forth to destinations on golf carts were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and so reasonable. The older lady who waited on us was the best waitress ever. She was so friendly and the kids loved her. Food at the LandShark was not good and overpriced for the quality. The Waterpark was nice though a $5 discount is not much if you are staying there. Great Wolf Waterpark is FREE if you are a guest. The kids enjoyed the pizzeria the arcade and bowling as well. Overall it was a good time once we got into the room."

"I arrived at 12:39 a.m. I was able to check in immediately the room was excellent but I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities and I had to leave for work so early in the morning after only getting four and a half hours of sleep at the most that I was not able to enjoy breakfast I would have loved to cuz they had biscuits and gravy but they didn't really have anything I could take with me like a banana or any donuts or danishes or anything like that that's the only thing I wish they would have had."

"Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. We arrived approximately 2 to 3 hours after the listed earliest check in time, yet our reserved room was still unavailable. Instead of honoring the room we booked, we were placed into a lesser room while still being charged the same rate. No discount, refund, or accommodation was offered for the inconvenience, which was frustrating considering we had planned our arrival around the hotel’s stated check in time. Once we were in the room, another major issue became apparent: there was no reliable hot or even warm water during our stay. After long days out, not being able to take a proper shower was extremely inconvenient and made the stay far less comfortable than expected. We also specifically requested that housekeeping not service our room and placed a Do Not Disturb sign on the door before leaving. When we returned, the Do Not Disturb sign was still hanging on the door, but housekeeping had entered and cleaned the room anyway, completely disregarding both our verbal request and the clearly displayed sign. This felt like a serious violation of privacy and made us uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. Overall, the experience lacked the basic level of service, communication, and respect for guest requests that we expect when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again."
