"What seperates this hotel from many others in the downtown area is the people. They truly work to make your stay comfortable. My room was not satisfactory when I arrived as it looked like the plumbing backed up into the tub. They promptly gave us a different room and a breakfast voucher. Every where I went I saw staff and mangers alike working together and asking if we needed anything. On Sunday, when there was a checkout crunch, the Valet was slammed and had a line. "We are a family of five. Our oldest is 15, and we don’t fit comfortably in a standard hotel room with two queen beds anymore. We chose this property because of the extra loft beds, but we were pleasantly surprised with all of the other amenities. It was both beautiful and clean! The outdoor area was beautiful with the bistro lights. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pits, and the kids loved the creek behind the property! The lobby was super nice, and offered another space to hang out as well. "

"There is a front and back entrance. I do no not like parking because of the hilly parking areas. My bad knees did not do well getting to my car and getting in and out the car. There could be more handicap parking in the front and back. We did have breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed our room on the fifth floor with a balcony. We also had a jacuzzi in the room which was nice. The decor is victorian style and it was well maintained and clean. There is an outside and inside pool. There is a game...

"Bed was the most comfortable of a 10 day road trip. Staff were so nice. Historic hotel, so rooms are a little small, but nicely updated. Would stay again! "
