"Love staying here, however we had thermostat problems. The thermostat didn't respond to me but the front desk was able to set at 70 degrees for me. Came back from dinner to a room at 65 degrees."

"Its was an amazing outoor themed hotel, my husband loved it and i think itll be our new place to stay in como. Beds were comfy. Hot water was hot. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and a pancake maker.friendly staff. "

"My family and I got to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool as a family during the day and by night my husband and I were able to relax in the adult swimming are. The pool spa/ indoor/outdoor pool was a 10/10 huge hot tub! The food at HK's was an excellent dining choice for dinner! The property has beautifully landscaped walking paths with a magnificent Japanese Garden. Finally the lakeside view just tops this lodging experience. "

"Loved the staff. Exceptionally friendly, very accommodating. When I requested 2nd floor, they offered a switch with no problem.The parking normally would have been adequate, but they were resurfacing such a large portion at one once, tiny bit inconvenient. But they had really cozy, clean rooms, had everything you'd want. Biscuits 'n gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs, yogart, cereal, muffins for breakfast! Hotel provided a nice, quiet environment. Enjoyed my stay!"

"This stay was perfect! We put in a request for the top floor and they were able to get us into a top floor room! The view was so cool. The pool was nice and warm. The fire alarms went off around 12am which may not have been pleasant for someone there for business, but what can you do! JC fire department dealt with it fairly swiftly. Hotel front desk attendants were friendly and chatty. "

"The check-in was slow due to the large amount of people all checking in at one time. But we got checked in and liked our room and found parking right near our room. "
