The water activities were diverse and you can snorkel straight off the beach at low tide. A few minor cons - there was quite a significant wait for the buffet breakfast every morning, there was a ticket system and you were called in order but most mornings we waited 15-20 minutes to enter the dining room, which is not something we have ever experienced in other hotel stays. "It’s near American Village and Chatan park with bonus weekend fireworks. Parking is a challenge. Not a lot of available space but they have a dirt parking lot a block away seems like. Unit AC is old, but cannot beat the views and near a place to walk around and commercial establishments"
