"Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous but the hotel was extremely outdated. Our room had an odd smell and was very humid; carpets and furnishings were old and dirty - even the ceiling was stained; every day we had to ask for things that housekeeping missed (towels, soap, replenish coffee). WiFi didn't always work. The price was right and staff was courteous but the property itself was not maintained. I would not stay here again if I had a choice."

"I’m sickened by this hotel!! Do not book! We showed up to this hotel and it was abandoned and the water park was closed. No one was there. I contacted hotels.com and still haven’t got my money back!! And it’s been weeks since anyone has contacted me either. "
