"The hotel is walking distance to Charles Schwab Stadium The area around the hotel was ok has the normal unhoused individuals that most of Americas big Cities have these days The Shuttle driver was fantastic and the Hotel allowed early check in The only complaint was "

"The building is easy to find. The beds are good beds with the proper support. The water pressure in the shower was great. This is a great place to stay"

"We had a great visit. It was a little pricey due to it being a concert night but I checked pricing for other dates and it's actually a pretty good value. When you factor in the breakfast buffet and the two free drinks per adult it makes it a great value on non-event dates."

"The reason I gave the rating the way I did was because the day I arrived, a new owner was taking over the property. They were dealing with the hiccups of the previous owners not having everything available for the breakfast, plastic ware, etc. Low stock on supplies. Repairs to the facility was happening on day one. I could tell the new owner was trying to improve the facades on day one. I am sure after everything is addressed, there will be vast improvements. The staff was helpful and kind. I did have a very clean room, albeit outdated decor. My stay was not bad, but it could have been better. I would be willing to give them another chance when I return to the area as I could see the owners walking the facility and directing the workers on safety and comfort improvements."
