We had some hard lumpy pillows and the mattress was hard but they immediately got us some different pillows and added some padding to the bed. Can be a bit noisy at night. The patio door needed to be kept open due to no AC in the room. You could hear the wind howling and some intermittent rains were loud on the tin roof. I used earplugs and it was all good with those. "Our room 331 smelled like mold. After checking we found that pillows were stained and smelly I guess the cleaning person only changed the pillows sheets while pillows were wet. Bed sheets were also smelly. The AC continues to freeze the room even after you turned it off.
