The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and the check in was very flawless. The only thing was the streets were not in good conditions but the rest was fine. The amenities were also nice

Rooms have place for improvement, and some rooms are better than the orhers. We were a big group and booked 5 similar rooms, one out of five had a mold-like odor. Staff were beyond nice, friendly,and helpful. amenities were great. And on top of everything else, the nature was so rich! Foods were good too. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Our favorite part about our stay was actually where we were at. We chose the affordable cabins next to Carabelas restaurant and they were amazing. The cabins were so surrounded by nature and felt completely private away from everyone else.

I'm rating my stay with 4 stars instead of 5 because the place is way too overestimated, too pricey. Food prices are ridiculous. Drinks prices in the pool are way too high. Other than that, the place is nice and the service is good enough to forget about the prices... until you go for lunch...

Beautiful property. We were entertained with monkeys right outside of our room! Very nice rooms. The staff was very attentive. Lovely pools. Access to the private beaches like Playa Blanca was fantastic. Wonderful nature walks right on the property.

The property is deceiving. The agency promotes the property that is with the beachfront but it is NOT. You have to drive or use the bus to get to the beach. The rooms are far away from the beach. You have to sell the business with transparency. If I did not rent the car, it was going tobe a nightmare. In addition. the road to get there is terrible. Disgusting I would say. You can do better. The property is huge and we had an amazing time by the beach.
