"It was a nice stay. cons are: I kept getting kickoff the wifi. Every room should have a t.v for children and adults that don't go to the bars or night life. Not that much so=un around pool because of all the trees. Beautiful place and wonderful staff."

"I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. The only issue I noticed was the noise but I went there during the lobster fest and the lobster fest happens right outside the hotel, directly across from it on the other street. The other similar issue reported by people has been the ocean views. I feel like some of the photos are deceiving, but from where this hotel is located at, you can't really see the ocean from the rooms. Wi-Fi was decent, and the staff were very accommodating along with the golf cart rentals being reasonably priced. If you're looking for a place in the heart of downtown San Pedro, this is a good affordable spot. Don't expect nothing five star as the price reflects that obviously but it's not a terrible spot like most reviews on here are claiming."

"This is an older place in the middle of town so as long as you aren't expecting luxury, it is as advertised. The location was great, very convenient for walking to a lot of places. The house was spacious and comfortable and the communication and check in were great, I would stay there again."
