Often at 40yrs they are let go and are a shadow of former glory, but not here. Pool was great. Dinner very good. Breakfast good (although coffee a big let-down). The bathroom and room great. Games provided. Also note when we were there, it was quite under-populated by travellers, and tariff was relatively low. I imagine the pool could be awful in school holidays etc, full of 'orrible children, so bear that in mind, but all in all, a grteat experience for price. I would def return (but maybe only in off-season times)"

"We had a wonderful time here, Kes and Luke were fantastic hosts who provided lots of advice on the area as well as an orchard nearby where we could pick our own apples and plums. Our boys (and us) loved the animal feeding each morning and getting to use the kayaks on the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We had very hot weather on one of the days and when we returned to the accommodation we didn't even need to use the AC as it was still nice inside.We loved our stay so much we have already booked to come back in winter! Thank you Luke and Kes."

"Fantastic property. It was exactly what we needed for our family get together. Great location for wineries etc. only downside was that it could have been a little better prepared for us. We had to mess around with the water tanks to get running water when we got there and the pool needed a clean. Luckily we knew how to do it! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay."
