"The staff were extremely kind and helpful with giving directions and interesting information about the area (thank you Hector!). The hotel is not fancy, but as it is an older building it has charming characteristics and it also felt safe. I greatly appreciated being able to use the common meal area for light meal prep and having somewhere to sit and eat breakfast in the morning. The hotel is an easy short walk from the inter-city bus station and is also a short walk to Playa de Miracle and the Rambla Nova/heart of the city."

"Place is fine but the owner is one of the most rude people I've every spoken too - he was literally shouting out me and not listening. I book over 300 rooms per year, so have dealt with many hotel owners. Despite being a regular customer, he insisted on charging a late check in fee, even though he could not show me where this was mentioned at the time of booking. After promising to meet me to discuss, he sent a poor, junior staff member, knowing he would have to try and deal with this. Poor owner, poor boss - I feel sorry for his employees."

"Communication with property management was answered promptly. Check in was efficient and on time. WiFi provided what we needed. The property was centrally located within steps of a great grocery, pharmacy and cafe. Located on the avenue, there are great views of the old town as well as the mountains. Very comfortable, terrace was used daily for coffee and relaxing. There is also a 4 story shopping mall about .2 km from the apartment and a department store, El Corte Ingles, across the street. Even though we were located above a busy street, this location was never loud. The entire apartment was very clean, we were able to prepare meals without any issues. There is a washer, though we didn't use it, and also a sink for washing and a dry rack, which we did use. Garbage and recycling bins are on the street corner, and recycle bags were provided in the entry closet. We did not use the pool, as it was too cool outside. We would highly recommend this property! "
