"Property is in great shape, room was clean, the bed was firm which I like. The Staff gave me a couple extras and were always friendly. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and the pricing was fair, and the wait staff was great there as well. Location to the Convention is unbeatable and I felt safe when walking about Downtown, which is very clean compared to many other areas I have been. Look forward to coming back to the Hyatt soon!"

"My stay was amazing the only problem i had i was in front of the elevator and kids were screaming and running up and down the hallways till about 9pm. Staff was AMAZING ans very friendly. I was able to check in early with no problems. I will be back"
