"The Hampton Inn in downtown Phoenix was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. They texted a few times to make sure our stay was going well. The breakfast was hot and delicious."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of close parking and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved having water 24/7 in the lobby. Workout room is the largest I have seen at a hotel. Spacious rooms so I could workout in the mornings to my YouTube channels. The iron and ironing board came in handy for my events. Best part close to Grand Canyon University."

"Lobby was really nice! The rooms look old, smell damp and the sheets and pillows smelled awkward. Shower sink was half clogged. Took awhile for maintenance to come. Room cleaning personnel were amazing but the lady on the front desk not that much."

"The Hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful and polite. The only real problem was the A/C didnt work very well especially at night. Centrally located to many restaurants and attractions in downtown area."

"Excellent service at all hours. They have a phone number you can text whenever you need something for your room, and the staff is always quick to help or bring it to you. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the Arizona mountains that any tourist would love. My only negative experience was the service at the rooftop restaurant, which was terrible, but I don’t feel that reflects the hotel itself."
