"Eclectic and beautiful!"

"the place was beautiful"

"The facility was beautiful and in a great location for our conference. The only concern I have is that the check on staff do not have the familiarity of the surrounding restaurants. When I inquired about a steakhouse close to the facility they didn’t have any ideas and didn’t have a map of the downtown."

"The staff member that checked us in was as elusive as a ghost. I’ve noticed several people waiting at the front for a while because she would just leave. She was always FaceTimeing a friend or talking loudly on her phone, just wondering the property, making it seem like it was the biggest deal asking for anything I do understand, she’s like 20 years old and doesn’t understand the concept of good service just yet. It still sounds to see that 100-year-old hotel couldn’t have someone more...

"The pillows were very, very flat- we could roll them up three times just to get something to lie on. And we requested two additional pillows; there was never any follow-up . The room did smell like smoke."
