"The host was very hospitable & always a message away if needed. The house is very eclectic yet tasteful! I went on a morning run daily & the neighborhood was always quiet. Great location. It was a 20 minute commute to Scottsdale. & no more than 10 minutes from the hip restaurants Tempe offer's. I was able to park under the canopy every time I arrived. Everything about the experience was 5 star’s!"

"When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the property looked. I had never heard of this chain before, but it's a really well-maintained hotel. The room I had was very cool (temperature-wise), and I was able to handle the Arizona heat. The room was very clean, and while I was overlooking the car park, there was a balcony that was nice to sit out on and drink my coffee. The staff was great when I was checking in, lightening the mood with a joke. On-site parking is abundant, and I could see my car from my room. When they gave me the parking pass, I saw them write the information on it, and later, the ink had disappeared. I didn't try the breakfast cause I left early, but there is a cafe that serves Starbucks. Highly recommend this place."

"The room we stayed at was cleaned daily we did not have any issues with our stay minus the hair dryer. The young lady attending the front offered us another one. The note staff was nice and greeted us whenever we saw them. There is plenty to eat in the surrounding areas to either sit or get a quick bite on the go. The train was also easy to use. We didn’t get to use the pool because it’s under construction but that didn’t damper our stay. The TV channels are local only but we didn’t book the hotel to stay in and watch TV so that didn’t bother us. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. It is definitely historic and had its own walk of fame. We didn’t have experience anything paranormal however, enjoyed seeing the newspaper clippings about events that occurred at the hotel in the past. We will definitely be staying here again if we come to Phoenix again."
