"The breakfast was great as was the pool. However, we encountered some issues with our room including a shower that drained slow, a coffee machine that was caked with grime, and a sink without a stopper. We brought this all to the front desk and they ran water through the coffee pot instead of giving us another one. That didn’t do anything, so we never had coffee in our room. "We were met by a. lovely human, and he was very helpful, but that's the only good thing I can say for this place. First- It was very hot and there WAS NO filtered WATER AVAILABLE TO FILL OUR WATER BOTTLES!! I thought that would be almost illegal. The room smelled very bad. They need to replace the carpet. The bathroom drain was gross, and the bathroom was filthy. Location was terrible. VERY noisy and not convenient at all. Had to drive each time we wanted to do anything."

"The hotel was busy and the lady checking us in asked the other employee what rooms were available. She said they were down to KRUM’s (as she spelled out to the employee helping me). She pointed to a room on her screen and they booked us in that. It was not very clean: the bed was messy, like it had been remade, the room smelled musty and the carpet was damp and sticky - our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor after walking on the carpet.
