"First room didn't have working AC as many people were also complaining - they offered box fans for a 91 degree day. No ac in common areas either. Bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned- still items left on floor from former guest. Carpets in hall dirty and held together with duct tape. Towels and sheets were dirty as well. Do not recommend this place at all. Everything was outdated and dirty. Only one person working at check-in with a long line- took over 45 min to check in."

"We were not impressed with our stay. The facilities could use a facelift. The carpet in the hallways needed to be vacuumed and many areas, especially near the elevators are starting to fray. The hotel room was okay, however, the bed was lousy. Not a comfortable bed. Breakfast was well stocked. Will choose another location next time."

"The team at The Sparrow couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Jodi and her son gave fantastic recommendations for where to visit/eat/drink, were responsive via text, and helped us figure out how to best unload a carful of stuff into our room! The lobby is really well appointed (check out Bananagrams at the game table upstairs!) while the coffee shop is fantastic (the almond/lemon drink was phenomenal). The room was comfortable and spacious, and overall we had a great time. Thank you, Jodi!"
