"This is a fantastic hotel, excellent location for exploring the city with transport links and the main sights within easy walking distance. We only stayed for one night (before our Archipelago Kayak trip) so could not make full use of all the activities on offer. We did want to use the pool but it gets booked up in advance and although we were still able to access the rooftop terrace from the rooftop bar, all the chairs were taken with towels and robes so little disappointing. "The hotel was fine, but in need of updating. We had a suite and it was a very awkward setup. Once you entered the room, there were 3 heavy doors that separated the bedroom, living room and bathroom. You had to step up into the bedroom which was a hazard during the night. The bathroom was small as it had a large tub, small shower, sink and toilet. It would have been better to have a large shower and no tub. It then would have been a good sized bathroom. There was a small armoire behind the...

"Pros: Great neighborhood location with a relaxed vibe, friendly staff, and good breakfast (though the menu never changes and it gets crowded until 9:30 AM). The live jazz from the outdoor patio below was also a nice touch! Cons: We were staying for six nights. We requested a quieter room, but were told our Expedia package limited our options. "The staff on Reception were really helpful when our luggage was delayed from our SAS flight from Paris. With the language barrier they acted on our behalf talking to the courier etc. We want to thank Sebastian and his co worker for all there help."
