RUI, Excellent property. The accomodations were above and beyond. Very spacious, roomy, comfy, large dining table, washer and dryer, rest rooms, shower, sinks, kitchen area, couch, electric outlets, Wi-Fi, lounges were Fantastic! Close proximity to Train stations, coffe e shops, ramen houses, Highball bars, 7/11 stores, pastries, and etc. This property is a Hidden Gem! Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door.

Wonderful location! Clean, spacious, intentionally designed space that accommodated our family of 5 beautifully. The free wi-fi and in-room washer/dryer combo contributed to our relaxing stay. The property is conveniently centrally located and provides quick accessibility to fun and exciting Akihabara. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Wonderful room, clean and elegant. Staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. Location in Ginza district just a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend it.

One of the most affordable hotels we stayed at during our trip to the Japan and SUPER worth it!! Room is condo style so it came with kitchen area, washer/dryer and a little living room area. Walking distance from train stations, street shops and restaurants but the hotel itself is near a quieter street. Definitely recommend this hotel. All hotels we stayed at were clean and welcoming :)

I used to live in Tokyo and, in addition, have spent many weeks there on business trips in various hotels and areas. What distinguishes this hotel is the combination of location, space, and amenities. First, the location provides access to all means of transport being next to the main Tokyo train station. My old office is across the street from the station complex, so I did not hesitate knowing that we would be within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and groceries...

It is a very nice clean and comfortable place to stay.

The room was great, and the proximity to JR lines worked well or us--a bit of a walk to Tokyo Station, but no further than if you get turned around in Tokyo station itself ;)

Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!
