"I requested conjoined rooms on multiple occasions on the day I booked, a week before my check in date as well as the Monday before. I check in and they tell me they couldn’t accommodate me. They even went as far as to tell me they hate when people book through third party. I honestly believe that my request wasn’t fulfilled because of that. Each time I called I was told they assign the rooms the night before and they seen my note and they would get it taken care of. I cancelled one room because there was no way I could supervise my kids being down the hall from my room. My family got ready to go swim and the pool is closed from about 5PM. “It was closed due to the chemicals not being properly balanced burning guests eyes.” We call the desk and they said it would open in two hours. We wait two hours and they say it won’t be open the rest of the night. The only reason I book the rooms because they offered conjoined rooms and there was an indoor pool. Reception said we could be given a partial refund but had to check out immediately. Then they told us we could go swim at the Hampton, two buildings over. We had to walk. We get there and it’s near dark, the temperature had dropped significantly, the pool wasn’t clean. The kids had to play in a dirty, freezing cold pool. I still have yet to be able to speak with a manager. I asked for a pool pass for a day since I had to still pay for a room I couldn’t stay in. I am very disappointed in how things were handled."
