"Good location for walking around and experiencing local culture. I chose a kitchenette for having a home cooked breakfast and fridge big enough to hold beverages as well as local foods bought at he market. Sound does bounce off the buildings and you will notice it. I would stay at this location again. Best grocery store we found is the GO! store. It is about a half hour walk away, but in a nice area. Cab back would be recommended. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement."

"Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. "First of all, you need to pay to use the rooftop pool. The main reason I picked this place because of pool photos. I think it’s a bit too much for people who are staying here to pay to use the pool especially there’s no info about it when I booked. Moreover, the housekeeper took my house (back home) key card by accident. Mine is all white, he/she could be confused as the master key but that is not acceptable. "처음 배정받았던 12층 1215호실은 욕조에 곰팡이가 있어서 룸체인지를 요청했으나 늦은 시간 체크인으로 이미 방이 없어 다음날 방을 바꿔준다고했습니다. 바꿔준방은 32층 3216호실로 1215호실과 비교했을때 훨씬 더 높은 층의 뷰와 깨끗한 룸커디션으로 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 단 과일같은 음식을 방에 먹다가 그대로 둘시 개미가 나올 수 있습니다"

"The apartment is at great location; i.e. cross the road to beach, walking distance to Vincom shopping centre and night market. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out process. The apartment and its furnitures are clean enough, and they do daily house keeping which is a + mark of this business. Only problem is parking, If you ride a bike/car the parking staffs try not to sell you daily parking ticket, but the one-time hop in and out parking ticket."
