They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. "Our family of four, two adults and two young teens absolutely loved our stay at La Siesta. From the time we entered we were warmly greeted and well cared for with great attention to detail. Hang, who checked us in was so lovely and looked after us throughout our stay and all the other staff members were all kind and helpful. Our room was spacious and the facilities had everything you could ask for. The breakfast buffet was great and lunch and dinner were delightful too. We all really enjoyed the spa and their staff, service and treatments. Thank you for providing our family with such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay in Hoi An"

"Clean room , beautiful view, staff very friendly, good breakfast, outdoor pool very clean nice view so relax . But only thing I’m not happy about laundry , Ithey charged me only 3kg / ₫1.70000. ( $65 usd) That is 10time over charge then outside and I drink only 1 water bottle they charge ₫100.00( $4 usd) . I will come back but never usd there laundry and drink anything there"

"The property is very big and spacious with several buildings and open grounds and gardens, a large pool and its own spa. The breakfast buffet was great with so many local and continental options to choose from. The room was clean and had all the amenities but everything is just a little run down. The property could definitely use a renovation to be up to the 4-star standards it claims to offer. We had a few other issues: the curtains did not close completely nor was their material blackout, so light did pour into the room at sunrise. Also the street is very noisy in the mornings since there is a school nearby and we woke up every morning to the sound of screaming children. Likewise, the corridors within the hotel echo loudly so we could hear everyone passing by outside our room. Some sound-proofing is definitely needed for the rooms. Despite these drawbacks the hotel’s location is great. It’s on a less busy street just outside of the Old Town (a much calmer area than near the river!!). Accessible to cars (since some streets are pedestrian only which is very inconvenient with luggage). Right next to the Hoi An museum. Walking distance to Old Town and the sites to be seen there. Nearby custom-making tailors and leather-workers. Overall, the property is nice but with a little renovation it has the potential to be absolutely wonderful."

"Good location right on beach. Lovely infinity pool on rooftop, beautiful view of the beach below. Rooms were adequately sized with all the amenities required for a short stay. My room has a planter above with the beautiful Beach naupaka plant hanging from above makes lovely viewing out the windows, though cleaning could have been better. There was a plaster stuck on the floor. Rate came with buffet breakfast with an egg and noodle station which was great cos I love hot food. No Vietnamese coffee on offer though. Hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea and water and coke in the room which is a nice touch. Getting a late check out was kind of impossible with the hotel, but I still had a great stay at the M Hotel. Overall great value for price paid."
