"Très accueillant. La boisson de bienvenue et les collations étaient délicieuses. Ils ont également recommandé de bons restaurants et des boutiques de fruits lorsque je me suis enregistré. J'ai particulièrement aimé Jenny, qui était la meilleure ! La chambre est propre, confortable et agréable. De plus, la dernière fois que je suis allé, il y avait du temps libre, donc je suis resté dans le hall, et ils ont pris soin de mes demandes de boissons et d'autres choses. Ils étaient très gentils. J'ai passé un séjour agréable et je suis parti."

"Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was very genuine and hospitable, and extremely helpful with organizing transportation for a day trip to Hoi An. He also made some great recommendations for places to eat around the hotel (excellent choices), and activities in both Danang and Hoi An. We really enjoyed the pool and breakfast too. Good variety of local food and other kid-friendly options. "

"We arrived early to a very busy hotel. Our room was not ready. A couple of hours later, the lobby was full of people waiting. About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was good and the view fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is located a little way from the centre of beachside activity, but a quieter area was a good choice and taxis to go elsewhere were easy to use. We enjoyed the beach, just across the road. We were especially grateful to Katy at reception. She was the one who tried her best to get us checked in and was, for the rest of our stay, attentive and helpful. We appreciated that. A great place to stay in Da Nang."
