"Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service Excellent experience this time around! We had a few concerns during our stay, but the management and staff responded to them promptly and professionally. We truly appreciated how attentive, accommodating, and responsive they were to our needs. Their willingness to listen and take action made a big difference in our overall experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, and management clearly showed that they value guest feedback and guest satisfaction. Another great feature we enjoyed was the steam room and sauna, which were wonderful amenities to relax and unwind after a busy day. Having these facilities available made our stay even more enjoyable and added to the overall value of the hotel. We were so happy with our experience that we continued rebooking this hotel throughout our two-week stay in Cebu. That says a lot about the level of service, comfort, and hospitality we experienced. Kudos to the management and the entire team! Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Your excellent customer service and attention to your guests are definitely reasons why we would be happy to stay here again and recommend the hotel to others."

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! I booked 5 rooms for the entire family. One of the highlights for me was the stunning direct ocean view, and I was absolutely enthralled by it and could have spent hours simply taking in the scenery. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more relaxing. The staff throughout the resort were excellent; warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection and was a perfect way to start each day. The location is another huge advantage. Being right beside the mall made everything so convenient, with plenty of additional dining options and shopping just steps away. My only disappointment was that the jet ski was not available during our stay, as we had been looking forward to trying it. Hopefully it will be available next time! Overall, we had a beautiful and memorable experience. Between the breathtaking ocean views, spacious rooms, wonderful service, delicious breakfast, and convenient location, this is definitely a resort we would stay at again in the future."

Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel

"Pros - Wonderful place to spend a week if you are in Cebu. Staff is friendly and resort is right on the beach with its own space. Many activities are provided from Jet Skis to Parasailing. Two pools to use and different restaurants onsite. Cons - Prices are higher than normal with Buffet Breakfast costing about 20 dollars per person. Only provided one room key, this became an issue when spouse fell asleep inside and phone was muted. Two room keys should be standard at this point. They close the beach at 6 and pool around 8 so not much to do after dark on resort. You can also NOT have food delivered to the hotel. Its Prohibited."
