"My reservation was for the LAST week the property was open so interaction was sparse at best. My cabin was a little bit up but satisfactory, and i was happy that it accommodated my dogs. It was cleanish...there was still coffee in the coffee pot and one or two other suspect things but, oh well. There were great places to walk my dogs and beautiful vistas."
"We showed up to Thousand Trails Leavenworth during a power outage, after a 12-hour drive over slick, icy, and fallen rock-strewn roads during (apparently) a storm-of-the-century type situation. Also, although the address is "Leavenworth", it is actually closer to Plain, a twisty jaunt about 30 minutes outside of Leavenworth. I was tired, cold, and cranky. Luckily, I had called ahead to explain we would be late and the welcome packet was right where the staff said it would be, easy to retrieve....
