"This older hotel is in great need of a refresh. The carpets in the common areas were old, dirty and torn in places. Our room was OK, dated but comfortable beds. The havoc system is archaic, we couldn't get the heat to come on, so cold air was blasting all night, and the fan was very noisy. And the water in the shower was lukewarm even when it was turned all the way to the hottest setting.
