"We have stayed here before. But it was very noisy this time. Slamming doors and sound like a bunch of horses running down the stairs. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and well lit. The head housekeeper immediately filled the coffee maker which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was sub par. I don't understand why the young lady at the front desk could not fill the coffee maker. I watched the head housekeeper and there was nothing to it. The girl said she would take care of it and did nothing. She was not busy except for being on her phone!"

"They cancelled my room without telling me. I called several times before I left for my vacation and no one answered. I was then turned away after I drove 5 hours to the location. The property was booked due to the wasteland jamboree. I wasn't called or informed in any way. "

"Should’ve had breakfast included but not. Also the shower was so hot I couldn’t stand it! The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Best night sleep ever!"

"I don't like that you don't even get to stay a full 24 hrs for the price they charge and wanted to charge me a early check in fee of $25. Check in is at 3pm no earlier or you pay the fee, check out is 11 am. The staff was not the friendliest at that hotel."

"The resort and grounds are gorgeous. The on-site dining was convenient and the food was mostly quality (except for the Caesar salad). The room was clean and spacious. My only issue was the water pressure-for the shower it was basically non-existent."
