"The young man at concierge was very sweet and professional. The location was awesome, but hotel a bit dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was ripped and the blanket on it had a hole in it. Bathroom walls dirty. When you walk in it smells awful...guy at dedknsaid it was the pool, but smelled nothing like chlorine and more like trash. Everything was a little dusty. Would not stay there again."

If we wanted to check-in at 2.00 pm, they told us that they would charge us an extra amount. As we had already paid for the room for that night and the room was ready, it was difficult to understand the justification for an additional charge for early check-in. A more flexible and guest-oriented approach would have been appreciated in this situation. Unfortunately, this experience did not align with the level of hospitality we expected."
