"My room was great. Renovated and clean. I had only 2 towels but we were 3 guests. This wasn't ideal. We came back at mignight from a dance competition and we were leaving around 7h so we had no time to ask for more for ur shower. We had food but forgot plate and utensils. We went to front desk to learn that the restaurant was not affiliated to the hotel anymore. We had to go there and pay (a minimal price but still) for disposable plates and stuff. Overall, i had a good stay. It was clean and this is top priority! Also, the mattress was super comfy and i am picky. My friend was also staying there with her kids. I did not see her room but i don't think it was as "new" as mine. But i haven't see it. Last note: The electric charge for electric vehicule was free but one (on 2) was not working. I have a plug in hybrid so it was ok but i was still disappointed. Anyhow, i was really satisfied with my stay. Staff was friendly and polite."

"If there was ever a worse value for money I like to know. Total dump. Peeling wallpaper and an ambience Norman Bates would be proud. Can’t even be bothered to put sand on the sheet of ice parking lot. I want a refund. Never again."
