"Excellent stay, wonderful and accommodating staff. Numerous flights were canceled and they took care of all customers in a timely and professional manner."

"When I first got to the Hotel I was skeptical. To be very honest I thought we would be out of place and would not enjoy our stay. However, after we got settled in our room, we felt very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the sound was quiet and private, comparable to other hotels. We decided to go down to the lounge and pool for a night cap, and the atmosphere was welcoming and the waitresses were kind and helped us with kindness. Through the night, our beds and pillows were very comfortable. I slept very good and the shower was clean and had great water pressure. The next evening we stayed at the Hilton, as this was just an extra night we didn’t plan on at the Lux. The Lux completely out shined the Hilton. I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful evening."

"The location of this place is amazing. We were so close to a ton of stores, movie theater, bank and tons of restaurant options. Clean location with a great, small gym, relaxing pool and good breakfast. "

"Great location for a baseball or football game (the free trolly is a cool added perk). The hotel is clean and well staffed. Bed was super comfy. It’s in a very safe area. However, the rest of the area around the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, just due to location. If you plan on visiting Dallas, there is no public transportation and Ubers/cabs to the city are very expensive. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. Would stay here again if I was attending an event at either stadium."

"From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a VIP. All staff members I met or passed greeted me with a warm welcome. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I used the gym and the pool both were well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking too. I would stay again with no hesitation!"

"Breakfast and kick back (buffet with food) and 3 free drinks makes this hotel a easy pick. Clean rooms, good coffee in the lobby and friendly staff. "
