"The hotel is very nice. Clean and quiet and friendly. I had a fault with the room air conditioner. The manager had it fixed within 20 mins. The hotel was out of the centre of Campinas so you need a reason to be here. But Ubers are easy and cheap so I guess that’s not such a big deal. The hotel is right next to a massive shopping centre but that’s still a 30min walk. I took an uber even to that. The breakfast and other food is pretty good. I would recommend and i will definitely be staying there on my next visit. "
