"It is a 4 star hotel, but really well done. Everything was efficient, same day laundry service was great, rooms very comfortable, everything works flawlessly, slept very well. The restautant, Trescientos (300) was a fantastic surprise. There are many amazing restaurants close, but I was often pressed for time and ate at 300. Did not disappoint! Had some of my best meals in Peru there. And all of the staff friendly, helpful, accessible. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it."

"The hotel has an excellent location in San Isidro. The facilities are clean and the rooms are very spacious.The restaurant in the first floor is delicious. Overall a very comfortable stay."

"The front desk staff waa completely amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance with scheduling rides to wherever. The only reason I didnt give 5 stara is because once I arrived back home, there was a discrepancy on the amount for the charges when they were converted to USD and I had to dispute it with my cardholder. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room reserved had no working water on the bathroom faucet. On the second one the faucet the water won’t drain. The floor was dirty. The phone didn’t work. Nice people but very low standards for the hubication."
