"Pleasant Hotel, located within walking to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast included with the price of the hotel. Friendly staff, both in English and Spanish. Nice room on an upper floor with a small balcony facing the street, which was overall very quiet. Based on the cost of other hotels in the area - and while I did consider this a little pricey for a smaller room - I would probably stay here again. "

"We had a room with 3 separate beds! Hard to find! Great location- walk to shops, restaurants, Duomo,Castle …. Bountiful breakfast ( chocolate croissants are yum) with hot and cold foods. Cocktail hour every evening/ 1drink is complimentary- great selection. Front desk helpful and great restaurant suggestions We would definitely recommend and return "
