Welcome to our pleasant 34m² air-conditioned T2 apartment, ideally located near a renowned diving club. Perfect for up to 4 people, this space, renovated in 2023, offers all the comforts you need for a memorable vacation.

Whether you're a diving enthusiast or simply want to enjoy a relaxing stay, our apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Book now and let yourself be seduced by the comfort and charm of our holiday rental!

The residence has direct private access to the sea: ideal for divers, walkers and nature lovers, the residence is 8 km from Spain between Banyuls sur mer and Cerbère.

1 euro bus service 200 m from the residence to go from Cerbère to Perpignan and visit the whole coast without taking the car.

The village is pedestrianized for children's safety, and cars are parked in the parking lot, subject to availability. There are disabled/GIG parking spaces right in front of our apartments.

Cerbère is 4 minutes away by car and Banyuls 10 minutes.

The marine reserve is a short swim from the residence. The marine trail is

300 m from Peyrefite beach.

In 2025, the residence will be right in the heart of the nature reserve, as part of the project to extend it to the Spanish border.
