"Most beautifully renovated hotel, with the added bonus of direct access to Juliet’s balcony (courtyard) after hours. Very quiet despite being located right in the middle of the historical town. Close to all the places you would want to visit while in Verona. Very generous with a complimentary mini-bar- extra points for this!"

The in-room breakfast was very good for Italy (fresh fruit salad, juice, coffee, yogurt and granola, and a small sandwich). It was a bit difficult to drive to using Google Maps and Apple Maps, as you must enter by crossing the Garibaldi bridge or you will get lost in a maze of one-way streets and pedestrian traffic. I awoke to I am guessing the manager of the property on the phone to someone right outside my door telling them they "you are clearly not very educated, stop calling and enquire about your reservation on email".Which wasn't the wake up call I would have liked. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located. "

"We had to do the online-checkin process 3 times. The 3rd one we had to do it outside the building, under the sun at 35 degrees centigrades because they didn't have the confirmation of the previous checkins in their system, evethough ee already had received the confirmation #. All the communication with the responsible of the hotel was via Messages. After 40 minutes under the sun, he finally sent us the codes to access the building and the room. "A lovely little hotel room, quiet, all amenities, nice balcony, lots of storage. 2 short comings was the lack of plug sockets and would have enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom area. "

Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining.
